Rourkela: Hockey Jharkhand will take on Hockey Madhya Pradesh in the 13th Hockey India Junior Women’s Hockey Championship 2023 final on Friday. In the semifinals played on Thursday, Madhya Pradesh beat Haryana 2-0 while Jharkhand crushed Chhattisgarh 3-0 in the second semifinal.
This was the fifth consecutive year, Jharkhand girls cruised into the final.
Balo Horo, who scored two goals for the Jharkhand team, was declared player of the match.
For Jharkhand, first goal was scored by Balo Horo in 9th minute. She again scored her second goal in 54th minute. The third goal was scored by by Nikki Kullu in 55th minute, all three goals were scored through penalty corner.
