Jharkhand team leaves for Rourkela to participate in National Sub-Junior Men’s Hockey Championship

Ranchi: An 18- member Jharkhand team left on Thursday for Rourkela to participate in the 13th Hockey India National Sub-Junior Men’s Hockey Championship 2023 being held at Birsa Munda International Hockey Stadium in Rourkela.

Earlier, at the Hockey Jharkhand office, all the players were given international-level hockey kits, including sticks, ball goalkeeper’s pads, jerseys, and track suits.

Jharkhand team: Aseem Ekka, Aman Tigga, David Barla, Faguwa Horo, Kuldeep Barla, Patras Hassa, Rohit Tirkey, Ghuran Lohra, Rohit Pradhan, Bikram Soreng, Rana Singh Munda, James Nag, Ankit Ekka, Nicholas Topno, Jolen Topno, Sabian Kido, Naveen Indwar, Rakesh Bada. Coach: Manish Kumar

Hockey India General Secretary, Hockey Jharkhand President Bholanath Singh, Hockey Jharkhand General Secretary Vijay Shankar Singh and CEO Rajneesh Kumar distributed sports kits to all players. They also wished the team members a title victory.
