Patna: Vidarbha beat Bihar by an innings and 226 runs in Colonel CK Nayudu Under-23 Trophy match at VCA Stadium in Nagpur on Wednesday.
Bihar scored 299 runs in the first innings. Vidarbha scored 614 runs in the first innings. Bihar scored 99 runs in the second innings.
Resuming at 79 for the loss of six wickets, Bihar were all out for 99 in the second innings on the last day of the match.
For Bihar, in the second innings, Ayush scored 31, Akash Raj scored 6, Suraj Kashyap scored 10, Vaibhav scored 19 runs, Mohammad Alam scored 10 runs, Siddharth Gautam scored 6, Aditya Singh scored 6, Anuj Raj scored 4, Vasudev and Akarsh scored 0 runs.
For Vidarbha, Mandar Mahale took 6 wickets and Praful and Gaurav took 2 wickets each. Bihar’s next match will be against Haryana at Moinul Haq Stadium in Patna from February 11.
