Patna, April 30: In the YCC Challenger Trophy cricket match played on Tuesday at the Shakha ground in Rajendra Nagar, Dilkhush Raj scored a century for YCC Red and led his team to victory by five wickets.
YCC Red won the toss and invited YCC Yellow to bat. YCC Yellow scored 244 runs for seven wickets in 30 overs. Abhiyan Kumar played an inning of 77 runs and Ashish Kumar played an inning of 35 runs.
Sakshi Thakur, Yash and Satyam took 2 wickets each for YCC Red.
In reply, YCC Red won the match by scoring 247 runs for 6 wickets in 21.5 overs with the help of Dilkhush Raj’s century. Dilkhush Raj scored 100 runs in 55 balls with the help of 19 fours.
For YCC Yellow, Laltush, Prince and Ashish took two wickets each. University cricketer Rahul ji presented the Player of the Match award to Dilkhush of the winning team.
