Patna: In the VTech Champions Trophy Cricket Tournament at Krishna Stadium, Khemnichak, Champions and Blasters emerged victorious in their respective matches on Wednesday, 29 January.
Champions defeated Jaabanj by six wickets, while Blasters secured an eight-wicket win over Bombers.
Jaabanj, after winning the toss, posted a total of 126 runs for the loss of eight wickets in 20 overs. In response, Champions comfortably chased down the target, scoring 127 runs for four wickets in just 12.1 overs. Aditya Raj played a stellar knock, scoring an unbeaten 102 runs.
In the second match, Bombers, opting to bat first after winning the toss, were bowled out for just 70 runs in 12.5 overs. Blasters made light work of the chase, reaching 71 runs for the loss of two wickets in 9.1 overs.
