Patna: The CAB Challenger Trophy Under-15 Inter School Cricket Tournament will be held from March 31 at the Cricket Academy of Bihar (CAB) Ground located in the premises of Moinul Haq Stadium . This information was given by Amikar Dayal, former India youth team captain and organizing chairman of the tournament. He said that coach Mukesh Kumar has been made the convener for conducting this tournament.
Convener Mukesh Kumar said that the tournament matches will be played on knock out basis. A total of 16 teams will be given entry. He said that the matches will be played of 25-25 overs.
The winning and runner-up team of this tournament will be given individual prizes apart from the gleaming trophy. Along with this, man of the match award will be given after every match. Many awards including player of the tournament, best batsman, best bowler and best fielder will also be given.
To play in the match, the birth certificate for age verification, Aadhaar card will have to be brought by the player during each match.
