Patna: The CAB Challenger Trophy Under-13 Inter School Cricket Tournament will be held at Cricket Academy of Bihar (CAB) Ground located on the Moinul Haq Stadium premises from December 19, according to Amikar Dayal, former Indian Youth Team captain and organising chairman of the tournament. He said that Mukesh Kumar has been made the convener for conducting this tournament.
Convener Mukesh Kumar said that the tournament matches will be played on knock out basis. A total of 16 teams will be given entry. He said that the matches will be played on 25 overs a side.
The winners and runners-up teams will be given individual prizes apart from the gleaming trophy. Along with this, man of the match award will be given every day. Many awards including player of the tournament, best batsman, best bowler and best fielder will also be given. Budding players will be awarded.
