Patna: BSPHCL defeated BSPTCL by 58 runs to enter the semi-final of Bihar Corporate Cricket League Season 2 at Urja Stadium on Tuesday.
The player of the match was awarded to international cricketer Anukul Rai of Kolkata Knight Riders by GM Dilip Kumar and Sarveshwar Katiyar of Bihar State Power Transmission Company Limited.
BSPTCL won the toss and decided to field. Batting first, BSPHCL scored 156 for 7 in 20 overs thanks to Ranji player Shakibul Gani’s 52 and Anukul Rai’s 53. In reply, BSPTCL were all out for 98 runs in 17.3 overs. League convenor and media in-charge Rupak Kumar said that the semi-final match will be played on Wednesday.
