Born from an internal contest between Madinat Jumeirah’s best mixologists, the new limited time mocktail and low ABV menu offer the splendid sips throughout Ramadan
Dubai: Jumeirah Al Naseem’s inconspicuous yet coveted cocktail bar, Blind Tiger, has launched an exquisite collection of mocktails and low-ABV cocktails for Ramadan this year. Created by talented mixologists from the signature bar concepts at Jumeirah’s prominent properties – Blind Tiger at Jumeirah Al Naseem, Bahri at Jumeirah Mina A’ Salam, and Bar Buci at Jumeirah Al Qasr – this mocktail menu is the perfect way to enjoy delectable and refreshing beverages during Ramadan.
Available to enjoy only during the month of Ramadan, this delightful selection of non-alcoholic beverages does not compromise on flavour, aroma or mouthfeel – showcasing unique talent for mixology even without the presence of alcohol – using 0% and low-ABV spirits from renowned brands Lyre’s and Lillet. Each beverage on the menu went through multiple rounds of testing and tasting, as part of an internal tournament of sorts between mixologists from each bar concept at Jumeirah’s properties.
The limited-time collection includes non-alcoholic drinks such as Mumtaz, using Lyre’s White Cane, rose, watermelon and whey; Fresco Fizz, made with Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine, cucumber, basil and pineapple; and Awake Sip, with Italian orange, Lyre’s Originale Coffee, cranberry and tonic. Low-ABV beverages include The Moon, made with Lillet Rosso, papaya, lime and tonic; and Blush Spritz, with Lillet Blanc, grapefruit, hibiscus and prosecco.
Blind Tiger transports guests to a bygone era, a wonderland of rich and decadent styling, surrounded by an effervescent vibe with an inside-outside lounge feel.
