Patna, July 22: Patna will host Senior national basketball championships (Eastern Zone) from September 15 to 18. Men and women teams of Bihar will participate in this tournament.
In view of this , a selection tournament for the formation of senior Bihar basketball team has been organised on July 24 (Sunday) at basketball ground, Patliputra Sports Complex, Kankarbagh here. In this selection tournament, only the natives of Bihar or players from other states who are working in Bihar, residing in Bihar and taking education in Bihar will be allowed to participate, according to a press release of Basketball Association of Bihar.
