Patna: On the third day of the 68th Junior National Ball Badminton Championship being organized by the Bihar Ball Badminton Association at Patliputra Sports Complex here, Bihar, Puducherry, Kerala, Delhi, Chhattisgarh continued their winning streak by winning their respective matches on Tuesday.

In the boys’ doubles match, Bihar defeated Karnataka by 35-30,35-29 and in the girls’ doubles, Bihar defeated Kerala by 35-33,35-27, while in the fives match, Andhra Pradesh defeated Karnataka by 35-32,36-34. , Haryana defeated Rajasthan 37-39,35-31,35-30, Jharkhand defeated NCR 35-28,36-38,35-30, Chhattisgarh defeated Punjab 35-07,35-12, Tamil Nadu defeated Puducherry. 35-29,35-12, Kerala defeated Telangana 35-25,35-27, Madhya Pradesh defeated Haryana 35-32,26-35,35-28.

Today, the examination of judges was organized by the Ball Badminton Federation of India at the competition venue in which 32 judges participated. Giving this information, Bihar Ball Badminton Association Secretary Gouri Shankar said that the judges will be examined by the Federation’s Chief Judge SG Jyotish (Kerala) and Deputy Chief Judge MVN Raju. It was conducted under the supervision of U. Narayan (Andhra Pradesh) and Deepak Singh Kashyap (Bihar).

All league matches will be conducted in the first session on the fourth day of the championship tomorrow while quarter-final and semi-final matches will be played after noon. Bihar Ball Badminton Association Joint Secretary Mitali Mitra, Rakesh Ranjan, Patna District Secretary Dr. Arun Dayal, Shiv Narayan Pal, Ajay Kumar, Dheeraj Kumar played important roles in the conduct of today’s matches.
