Bihar outplay Rajasthan 5-1 in Junior National Football Championship

Patna: In the Junior National Football Championship for Dr BC Roy Trophy, Bihar defeated Rajasthan 5-1 on Sunday in Nagaon, Assam in their second match.

For Bihar, Daniel Chaure scored 2 goals in the 86th and 91st minutes of the game. Aman Kumar scored 2 goals in the 61st and 77th minutes while captain Lekhan Murmu scored a goal for Bihar in the 90th minute. Rajasthan had taken the lead by scoring a goal in the first half.

Now, Bihar will play their last league match against Telangana on August 6.
