Patna: Bihar junior and senior grappling wrestling teams have been announced to participate in the 2nd National grappling (wrestling) championship to be held in Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh) from November 24 to 27.
Announcing the team, general secretary of Grappling Wrestling Committee of Bihar, Gouri Shankar said that in order to encourage players and officials participating in the national championship, president of Grappling Wrestling Committee of Bihar, Kishlay Kishore himself reached Motihari and congratulated the players during the send-off function. He also provided the dress to the players.
Teams: Junior Category (Boys) – Nazir Mian, Ravish Kumar, Anil Kumar Yadav, Raunak Kumar, Kashi Kumar, Saurabh Kumar, Anutha Rai, Pradeep Kumar, Manjay Kumar.
Girls: Chhoti Kumari, Aarti Kumari, Tamanna Khatoon, Pooja Kumari.
