Patna: In the 39th National Junior Kyorugi Taekwondo Championship and 12th National Junior Poomsae Taekwondo Championship held in Visakhapatnam recently under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India, Bihar won a total of three medals including one gold, one silver and one bronze.
Giving this information, Joint Secretary of Bihar Taekwondo Association, Samta Rahi said that Rakshika Rajesh won gold medal in Kyorugi category in the girl’s over-68 kg weight category. Sneha S Kumar won silver medal in the under-68 kg weight category, while Arpitama Raj won the bronze medal in the under-55 kg weight category.

On the achievement of these players, President of Bihar Taekwondo Association Shashi Bala Bhadani, General Secretary of Bihar Taekwondo Association Rajesh Kumar Sahu, Vice President Virendra Kumar, Arun Kumar, Joint Secretary Nandu Kumar, Treasurer Manish Chandra Rai congratulated the players and supporting staff.
