Patna: With the help of excellent batting by Piyush Kumar Singh (53 runs), Sanjay Kumar Sinha (41 runs), and excellent bowling by Rahul Rathore (6 wickets) and Kundan Sharma (4 wickets), PESU returned to the winning track in the Patna District Senior Division Cricket League, defeating Civil Audit by a huge margin of 140 runs.
PESU won the toss and batted first, scoring 207 runs for eight wickets in 40 overs at Urja Stadium. In reply, Civil Audit were all out for just 67 runs in 22.3 overs. Rahul Rathore of the winning team was given the player of the match award.
