Patna: Panchsheel Cricket Club posted resounding 190-run win over Amar CC in the Patna District Senior Division Cricket League organised by the ad hoc committee of Patna district constituted by the Bihar Cricket Association at Gen-Nex Cricket Academy ground here on Friday.
Amar CC won the toss and decided to field first. Batting first Panchsheel CC scored 293 runs for 6 wickets in 35 overs. Captain Abhishek Kumar scored 87 in 61 balls with the help of 7 fours and 3 sixes, opener Vikas Kumar scored 56 in 42 balls with the help of nine fours and one six and Atul Raj scored 55 in 51 balls with the help of 4 fours and 2 sixes.
Chasing a target of 294 runs, Amar CC were all out for 103 runs in 25.3 overs. Baljeet Singh Bihari scored maximum 39 runs from Amar CC.
From Panchsheel CC, Aditya Kumar took 6 wickets by giving away 23 runs. Aditya Kumar of the winning team was given the player of the match award.
