Biharsharif: Nalanda Junior Club defeated Little Star Club by 197 runs in the match played on Saturday in Nalanda District Cricket League organised under the aegis of Cricket Association of Nalanda.
Nalanda Junior Cricket Club, batting first, scored 212 runs losing 5 wickets in 35 overs. Suraj contributed 60 runs, Raja scored 41, Sanskar scored 30, Prakash scored 22 and Divyansh contributed 17 runs.
For Little Star Club, Kamlesh, Sumanth and Akash took one wicket each.
In reply, Little Star Cricket Club lost 10 wickets for just 45 runs and lost the match by a huge margin of 197 runs. For Little Star Club, Umar Khan scored 12 runs and Navneet scored 10 unbeaten runs. Anees and Abhishek took three wickets each for Nalanda Junior Club.
Safa Rizvi and Mohd Shabbir were the umpires, while Kundan was the scorer.
