Patna: Bihar Cricket Association (BCA) will organise trials for the selection of Bihar team for the Vijay Hazare Trophy ODI Tournament from October 23 to October 26 at the Moinul Haq Stadium here. The trials will begin at 9 am and will continue till 5 pm.
According to the BCA portal all the players will be allowed to participate in the trials on the basis of the recommendation made by the respective district associations. A total of 6 players, including the last Hayman Trophy performer, from all the district associations will be allowed to participate in the trials.
District Associations wise trails details:
October 23, 2022: Saharsa, Supaul, Madhepura, Katihar, Kishanganj, Purnia, Araria, Rohtas, Kaimur, Aurangabad, Munger, Bhagalpur, Banka.
October 25, 2022: Vaishali, Muzaffarpur, Saran, Siwan, Gopalganj, Bhojpur, Buxar, Jehanabad, Gaya, Patna, Arwal, Samastipur, Nalanda.
October 26, 2022: Sheohar, Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Darbhanga, Begusarai, Khagaria, Nawada, Sheikhpura, Jamui, East Champaran, West Champaran, Lakhisarai.
All district associations have been asked to recommend the names of players in capital letters along with the father’s name of the player. All the players will have to bring the computerized birth certificate, residence certificate, mark sheet of the last three years of school, school leaving certificate / bonafide certificate, PAN card and a cancelled cheque.
All the players who were in the teams for the Ranji Trophy, Vijay Hazare Trophy and Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy last year will report directly to the camp.
NCA and IPL camp/team players will also report directly to the camp.
