Patna: Bihar avoided the fear of innings defeat as they scored 265 for three wickets in their second innings in their Col CK Nayudu Trophy match against Mumbai at Sachin Tendulkar Gymkhana ground in Mumbai on Tuesday. Mumbai scored 474 runs in their first innings while Bihar scored 210 runs in their first innings.
On the basis of the first innings, Mumbai took the lead of 264 runs. Forced to follow on, Bihar were 265 for 3 wickets in the second innings, thanks to Ayush Loharika’s unbeaten century of 119 runs.
For Bihar, in the second innings, Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored 82 runs, Abhishek Babu scored runs and Md Alam scored 1 run. Akash Raj was unbeaten at the crease after scoring 40 runs. For Mumbai, Atharva Bhosale took 2 wickets and Atharva Ankolekar took one wicket.
