‘Jo Ram ko Laaye Hain Hum Unko Layenge’ song kept playing, and Modi-Yogi kept moving ahead with the sea of people

Bareilly, April 26, 2024: A massive assembly congregated along the streets of Bareilly on Friday evening, fervently participating in the grand rally led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Earlier on Thursday also, PM Modi had addressed a public gathering for the Aonla constituency in Bareilly.

PM Modi, accompanied by UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, arrived in Bareilly to conduct another road show. The streets were so packed that there was barely room to move along the 1.2-kilometer route. Their rally, aimed at rallying support for Lok Sabha candidate Chhatrapal Singh Gangwar, commenced from the Swayamvar Banquet Hall in Rajendra Nagar, traversing through Shivaji Chowk to the DD Puram intersection at Shaheed Chowk.

Throughout the journey, Modi and Yogi greeted the crowd by waving their party symbol. Stringent security measures were implemented along the route and surrounding areas.

Massive crowd gathered to catch a glimpse of Modi-Yogi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath urged the public to elect Chhatrapal Singh Gangwar from Bareilly and send him to the House. Responding to their rallying call, the voters of Bareilly resounded chants of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ and pledged their commitment to achieving the ambitious goal of ‘Abki Baar 400 Paar’.

Notably, both majority and minority communities joined hands in welcoming Modi and Yogi during the extensive 45-minute road show, underscoring a collective spirit of inclusivity. A vast crowd stretched as far as the eye could see, marking a new record for Modi-Yogi’s road show. Throughout the roadshow, the public assured Modi and Yogi that in return for the development, security, and good governance they’ve provided, they would ensure Chhatrapal Singh Gangwar’s victory for the third time in Bareilly under Modi’s leadership.

Flower showers took place at 12 places

Throughout the entire route, a convergence of folk culture was evident as the PM and CM were welcomed with the resonating sounds of conch shells and damru. At 12 different locations along the road show, the Prime Minister and Chief Minister were honored with showers of flowers. Floral tributes were bestowed upon the dignitaries at intervals along the roadshow, accentuating the vibrant reception. Houses and shops along the route displayed “Jai Shri Ram” signs, while saffron flags and posters adorned the area.

The air resonated with chants of ‘Jai Shree Ram’ and musical renditions of devotional songs, enveloping the surroundings in a reverent aura. Enthusiastic slogans of ‘Modi-Yogi Zindabad’ and ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ echoed through the streets, igniting a palpable sense of patriotic fervor. People of all ages—women, elders, men, youth, and children—eagerly awaited a glimpse of Modi and Yogi, capturing every moment of the road show on their mobile phones.

The Nath Nagri was ‘Bhagwamay’

The Nath Nagri was aglow with saffron hues on Friday as the roadshow unfolded amidst a sacred ambience. Priests and ‘batuks’ bestowed blessings by chanting mantras, adding a spiritual essence to the vibrant spectacle. Twelve intricately arranged platforms showcased the rich cultural tapestry of various regions nationwide, captivating the public with a kaleidoscope of diversity.

The public was deeply moved upon witnessing Modi and Yogi. Saffron and BJP flags fluttered everywhere, while children and BJP supporters donned saffron attire to express their solidarity with Modi and Yogi. Both leaders received warm welcomes from not only the majority community but also the minority community.

The thoroughfare was illuminated by a celestial glow, punctuated by vast cutouts of Modi and Yogi adorning strategic vantage points. To conclude the event, Modi and Yogi paid floral tributes to the statue of martyr Pankaj Arora. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, BJP State President Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary, MP Santosh Gangwar, and BJP’s Lok Sabha candidate from Bareilly, Chhatrapal Singh Gangwar, were present alongside the PM on the chariot.
