Patna: Bihar Cricket Academy and High Performance Cricket Academy (HPCA) have secured their spots in the quarterfinals of the Abhishek Memorial Under-16 Inter-School Cricket Tournament. On Monday, at La Martiniere World School campus in Sampatchak, Bihar Cricket Academy defeated Basawan Park Cricket Academy by 46 runs, while HPCA triumphed over SPS CCC with a 134-run margin.
First Match
Bihar Cricket Academy chose to bat first after winning the toss and posted 187 runs, losing all wickets in 23.5 overs. Key contributions included 34 runs from Aryaman Singh and 32 from Vishnu Sharma. Ankit Kumar Paras excelled for Basawan Park with 5 wickets. In reply, Basawan Park Cricket Academy was bowled out for 141 in 21.5 overs, with Advya Vardhan scoring 25 runs. Aryaman Singh took 3 wickets for Bihar Cricket Academy and was named Player of the Match, with the award sponsored by Rize Coaching IIT and presented by Chandan, owner of Chandan Deltic Motors.
