Vidarbha set to take first innings lead against Bihar in Col CK Nayudu Trophy

Patna: Vidarbha were 297 for four wickets in their first innings, in reply to Bihar’s first innings total of 299 all out on the second day of the CK Nayudu Trophy match at VCA Stadium in Nagpur on Monday.

Resuming the day at 246 for six, Bihar were all out for 299 runs in their first innings. For Bihar, Akash Raj remained unbeaten after scoring a brilliant 150 runs. Apart from him, Ayush scored 12 runs, Vaibhav scored 11 runs, Md Alam scored 15 runs and Gautam scored 38 runs, Suraj Kashyap scored 52 runs, Aditya Singh and Anuj Raj were out on zero and Vasudev was out after scoring 5 runs. For Vidarbha, Praful took 4 wickets, Praveen took 3 wickets and Tejas took 2 wickets.

At the end of play on the second day of the match, Vidarbha scored 297 runs for four wickets due to Danish’s century (110 not out) in the first innings. Jagjot was unbeaten on 20 runs. For Vidarbha, Mandar scored 122 runs, Satyam scored 22 runs. For Bihar, Anuj Raj took 2 wickets, Suraj Kashyap and Aditya Singh took one wicket each.
