Patna: Haryana drubbed Bihar by 10 wickets in the Vijay Hazare Trophy One Day Tournament at Gujarat College Cricket Ground A in Ahmedabad on Saturday.
Batting first, Bihar scored a meagre 112 all out in 30.4 overs with Pratap remaining unbeaten on 46 runs. For Haryna HV Patel took four wickets, giving away 49 runs in his 10 overs spell. SP Kumar took three wickets for 25 runs.
In reply, an unbeaten partnership of 117 runs between Yuvraj Singh and Ankit Kumar guided Haryana to an emphatic 10-wicket victory over Bihar. Yuvraj Singh remained unbeaten on 50 off 57 balls with five hits to the fence and one over it, while Ankit Kumar also remained unbeaten on 61 runs off 60 balls with eight boundaries.
