Patna: St Michael’s High School B and Bihar Cambridge Cricket Academy entered the quarterfinals of the Dr Parmeshwar Dayal Memorial Under-13 Cricket Tournament at CAB Ground on Tuesday.
St Michael High School B defeated High School Chainpur by 86 runs while Bihar Cambridge Cricket Academy defeated SKP CA by nine wickets.
High School Chainpur won the toss and elected to field first. Batting first, St Michael’s High School B scored 162 runs for 6 wickets in 25 overs. In reply, the team of High School Chainpur was all out for 76 runs in 19.3 overs. Shobhit of the winning team was given the player of the match award.
SKP CA won the toss and electing to bat scored 94 runs losing all wickets in 21.2 overs. In reply, the team of Bihar Cambridge Cricket Academy won the match by scoring 98 runs for one wicket in 5.2 overs. Devaraj of the winning team was awarded the player of the match award by Anees Kumar.
