Lucknow: In line with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s vision of industrial development in Uttar Pradesh, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is organizing a mega e-auction in October, where bids worth crores will be invited for the allocation of commercial properties.

Notably, all industrial development authorities are continuously making efforts for the integrated development of their respective areas. Along with the construction of industrial infrastructure, the authorities also have a special focus on promoting commercial activities in the area.

As per the state government’s vision, YEIDA will conduct the allocation of 4 fuel filling stations, 3 commercial kiosks, 25 commercial shops, and 6 commercial footprint plots through an e-auction process on their website.

The draw for the 287 successful applicants of YEIDA’s open-ended scheme for 462 multi-storey buildings was completed on Friday. The list of their names has been released, and the process has been completed on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Allotment letters will be issued to the successful applicants on September 20.

YEIDA’s e-auction will clear the way for allotment of different commercial properties

The mega auction being conducted by YEIDA in October will pave the way for the allotment of various commercial properties. YEIDA will conduct this e-auction through its website until 5 p.m. The application process for this started on Friday, and the last day for submitting bids has been set as October 16. Similarly, the last day for EMD submissions is set for October 12.

Through this auction, the allotment process for a total of 38 commercial properties in the form of fuel filling stations, commercial kiosks, commercial shops and commercial footprint plots will be completed, for which a document fee of Rs 11,800 has been fixed.

Total 308 applications received, 21 applicants requested a refund of the registration fee

Under YEIDA’s open-ended scheme of 462 multi-storey buildings, the process of determining the buildings and blocks of 287 successful applicants has been completed through the draw. A total of 308 applications were received in this process, but out of these, 21 had submitted applications for refunds of their registration amounts.

This scheme, which was published on August 2, 2023, invited applications for the allotment of multi-story buildings of 99.86 square meters in ‘Sector D’. Notably, the list of eligible applicants selected by draw has also been uploaded on the authority’s website.
