Patna: YCC and School of Cricket won their respective matches in the Ramanand Tiwari Memorial Under-13 Inter School Cricket Tournament. At Krishna Cricket Ground, YCC defeated Sardar Patel Cricket Academy Junior by 9 wickets while School of Cricket defeated 22 Yard Cricket Academy by 6 wickets.
Sardar Patel Cricket Academy Junior won the toss and batting first scored 74 runs after losing all wickets in 16 overs. Aadarsh Raj played an innings of 30 runs. Yuvraj took 4 and Munna Raj took 3 wickets.
In reply, YCC won the match by scoring 78 runs for 1 wicket in 7.2 overs. Ashish Kumar scored 43 and Yuvraj scored 32 runs. Dr Dharmendra Chandravanshi, Dentist and State General Secretary Janata Dal (U) and Bunty Chandravanshi, Youth Leader, JD (U) gave away the Player of the Match award to Yuvraj of the winning team.
In the second match, 22 Yard Cricket Academy won the toss and batting first scored 189 runs at the loss of 6 wickets in 25 overs. In reply, the School of Cricket scored 191 runs for the loss of four wickets in 23.5 overs. Nitin (53 runs, 1 wicket) of the winning team was given the Player of the Match award.
