Patna: YCC and School of Cricket won their respective matches and entered the semi-finals in the Ramanand Tiwari Under-13 School Cricket Tournament being played at Krishna Cricket Ground in Patna. YCC defeated BPCA Red by 116 runs and School of Cricket defeated Sardar Patel Cricket Academy by 35 runs.
BPCA Red won the toss and invited YCC to bat. YCC scored 219 runs for 7 wickets in 21 overs with the help of Yuvraj’s 125 runs. In reply, BPCA Red were all out for 103 runs in 16.5 overs. Rohit (6 wickets) of the winning team was given the Player of the Match award.
In the second match, Sardar Patel Cricket Academy won the toss and invited School of Cricket to bat. School of Cricket scored 140 runs in 24 overs losing all wickets. Nitin Kumar scored 64 runs. Sardar Patel Cricket Academy were all out for 105 runs in 18.3 overs. Shan Goswami scored 40 and Aman Raj scored 24 runs. Nitin of the winning team was given the Player of the Match award.
