Patna: Preparations are in full swing for the second season of the Women’s Kho-Kho League, scheduled to take place from 11 to 15 June at the YNR Group of Institutes in Mahua, Vaishali. The tournament is being organised under the aegis of the Kho-Kho Association of Bihar and hosted by the Kho-Kho Association of Vaishali.
Announcing the tournament schedule, Neeraj Kumar Pappu, General Secretary of the Kho-Kho Association of Bihar, said that ten teams have been divided into two groups. Each team will compete with every other team in its respective group, and the top two teams from each group will qualify for the semi-finals.
The preparations are being overseen by Organising President and Secretary of the Vaishali District Mukhiya Sangh, Sanjeet Kumar, along with Organising Secretary Amit Kumar. Various sub-committees have been formed to ensure the smooth conduct of the event. There is a strong sense of excitement among Kho-Kho enthusiasts across Vaishali district and Bihar ahead of the league.
