Patna: Black belt don promotion test was organised on Tuesday under the aegis of Bihar Taekwondo Association. More than 250 participants from 32 districts of Bihar participated in this test, which was conducted at the Taekwondo Training Hall of SAI Centre located at Moinul Haq Stadium.
This information was given by the joint secretary of the association, Samta Rahi. He said that this promotional test was conducted under the supervision of examiners of Taekwondo Federation of India. He said that in the examination, Vicky Kumar, Nishant Raj, Sadiq Akhtar and Manohar Chandra got fourth dan Sadan Parveen, Sonu Kumar and earned third dan while Shah Rukh Khan, Kaushal Kumar and Akshay Kumar got second dan. More than 250 participants participated in first dan.
Bihar Olympic Association secretary Mushtaq Ahmed, Bihar Taekwondo Association president Shashi Bala Bhadani, general secretary Rajesh Kumar Sahu, vice president Virendra Kumar, SAI Center in-charge Someshwar Rao and Anand Kumar, Arun Kumar, joint secretary Nandu Kumar, treasurer Manish Chandra Rai, Dharmendra Kumar, Vishwajeet Kumar and Jaiprakash Mehta, along with all the members and coaches of the association congratulated the players on their achievement.
