Patna: Delhi Public School, Patna East celebrated its Annual Function, ‘Symphony 2024-25 – Where the World Resonates as One’, with great enthusiasm and joy. The event, held on Saturday, 23 February 2025, at the school campus, showcased the exceptional talents of students from Classes III & IV through music, dance, and drama.
The evening commenced at 5:00 PM with the arrival of guests, parents, and teachers. The event was graced by Chief Guest Dr. Vivek Kumar Singh, IAS, along with Sri Amit Prakash (Pro-Vice Chairman), Dr. Rakesh Alfred (Principal), Md. Ashfaque Iqbal (Deputy Head), and Ms. Geeta S. (Director Primary).
The programme began with the lighting of the lamp, a traditional symbol of knowledge and enlightenment, followed by a felicitation ceremony to honour the esteemed guests.
The audience was captivated by Nritya Sutra, a graceful opening dance, followed by the Annual Report, which highlighted students’ achievements in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities. A dynamic performance of Acrobatic Yoga and Karate impressed the audience, showcasing strength and discipline. This was followed by the Prize Distribution Ceremony, recognising students’ dedication and accomplishments.
One of the evening’s highlights was the musical play, ‘The Wondrous Kids’, which engaged the audience with its compelling storyline and energetic performances. The event concluded with Tarang, the Grand Finale, a vibrant fusion of dance and music.
‘Symphony 2024-25’ was a remarkable celebration of creativity, culture, and teamwork. The collaborative efforts of students, teachers, and parents ensured the event’s resounding success, leaving behind cherished memories for all.
