Siwan’s Diwakar misses century by one run

Vaishali: Siwan’s Diwakar Kumar Tiwari missed a century by just 1 run in the Western Zone match of Randhir Verma Under-19 Cricket Tournament. Thanks to Diwakar Tiwari’s 99 runs, Sahil Kumar Yadav’s 55 runs and excellent bowling by Nilesh and Shubham Singh, Siwan defeated West Champaran by 76 runs.

In the match played at JP Sinha Stadium in Vaishali, Siwan won the toss and batting first scored 263 runs for nine wickets in 50 overs. In reply, West Champaran team was all out for 187 runs in 40.3 overs.
