Patna: The Sipahi Bhagat Sports Award Ceremony, originally scheduled for August 27 on the occasion of Sports Day at Open Mind A Birla School, Danapur, under the aegis of the Sipahi Bhagat Sports Foundation, has been postponed due to technical reasons.
