Patna: Sipahi Bhagat Memorial Inter School Kabaddi Championship Trophy and the official dress given to the winners and runners-up teams were unveiled on Tuesday. The championship will be held from November 17 to 18 at Open Minds A Birla School, Danapur . The championships will be organised under the aegis of Sipahi Bhagat Foundation and it will be sponsored by Open Minds A Birla School.
Open Minds A Birla School, Danapur Principal Shovika Yadav, Vice Principal Paljinder Pal Singh, Primary Coordinator Poonam Pandey, Middle Coordinator Deepika Srivastava, City Coordinator Momta Sen, Sports Head Karandhir Sharma and Nitesh Kumar Sanu were present at the unveiling ceremony.
Host Open Minds A Birla School Principal Shovika Yadav said that a total of 32 teams (16 boys and 16 girls) will participate in the championship. Matches will be played on knockout format.
She said that a colourful opening ceremony will be organised on November 17. All the preparations for the championship are going on in full swing. She said that the participating teams will get a better playing environment
