Patna: The School of Cricket Academy and BPCA emerged victorious in their respective matches in the Dr Parmeshwar Dayal Memorial Under-13 Inter-School Cricket Tournament, held under the aegis of the Cricket Academy of Bihar (CAB).

In the first match, the School of Cricket Academy won the toss and elected to field. Sports Square, batting first, posted a total of 152 runs, losing all wickets in 20.4 overs, with Jayesh contributing 42 runs.

In response, the School of Cricket Academy chased down the target, scoring 153 runs for the loss of two wickets in 21.2 overs. Agastya played a remarkable innings, scoring 80 runs. For his all-round performance (80 runs and 3 wickets), Agastya was awarded the Rize Coaching Player of the Match by Organising Secretary Santosh Tiwari.

In the second match, BCCA won the toss and opted to bowl. BPCA batted first and put up a total of 144 runs for four wickets in 25 overs, with Abhinav scoring 34 runs. In reply, BCCA was bowled out for 74 runs in 14.3 overs. Arnav’s exceptional bowling spell saw him take 5 wickets for 8 runs, earning him the Rize Coaching Player of the Match award.
