Patna: Sardar Patel Cricket Academy and Cricket Academy of Patna won their respective macthes in the fourth Nanhak Mahto Memorial Under-15 Inter School Cricket Tournament being held at the Krishna Cricket Ground under the aegis of Sardar Patel Sports Foundation. Sardar Patel Cricket Academy defeated Cricket Academy of Bihar by a huge margin of 188 runs and Cricket Academy of Patna defeated Sardar Patel Cricket Academy Fighter by a huge margin of 196 runs.
In the first match, Jai Shri Ram of Sardar Patel Cricket Academy scored an unbeaten 114 runs in 41 balls with the help of 11 fours and 10 sixes, while in the second match, Avinash Kumar of Cricket Academy of Patna scored an unbeaten 211 runs in 72 balls with the help of 28 fours and 12 sixes. In the first match, Sardar Patel Cricket Academy won the toss and batting first, scored 316 runs for four wickets in the stipulated 21 overs with the help of a century by Jai Shri Ram (114 runs), half-centuries by Aditya Raj (73 runs) and Himanshu Raj (58 runs).
In reply, the Cricket Academy of Bihar were all out for 128 runs in 15.5 overs. Akash Kumar and Saif Ali took three wickets each for Sardar Patel Cricket Academy. Jai Shri Ram of the winning team was given the Player of the Match award.
In the second match, Cricket Academy of Patna won the toss and scored 305 runs for four wickets in the stipulated 21 overs with the help of a double century by Avinash Kumar (211 runs). In reply, the Sardar Patel Cricket Academy Fighter were all out for 109 runs in 16.2 overs. Avinash Kumar of the winning team was given the Player of the Match award by Amit Kumar, Managing Director of Achiever Institute of Cricket.
