Patna, May 31: Santosh Tiwari, the founder of the Sardar Patel Sports Foundation, received special recognition from the Patna Municipal Corporation for successfully organizing the Indian Voters League Cricket League at JP Setu Ghat, aimed at raising voter awareness in Patna. Tiwari was honored by Kumar Ravi, the Divisional Commissioner of Patna, in the presence of Municipal Commissioner Animesh Kumar Parashar. The league matches were efficiently conducted by a committee formed under Tiwari’s supervision, which included umpires and scorers.
Tiwari has played a significant role in promoting school cricket in Patna. His foundation regularly organizes various cricket events and felicitation ceremonies. Under his leadership, four editions of the School Cricket League have been successfully organized.
Expressing gratitude for the honor, Tiwari remarked, “It is a great privilege for me to receive this recognition. We urge all voters to exercise their right to vote.”
