Ranchi: Jharkhand State U-15 Boys Freestyle, Greco Roman, and Girls Freestyle Wrestling Championship cum selection trials for the state team will be held on May 13 at Ganpat Rai Indoor Stadium, Khelgaon Hotwar, Ranchi.
Players will have to bring their birth certificate, Aadhaar card, and passport size photograph to participate in the championships.
The top finishers in each weight category will represent Jharkhand in the U-15 National Wrestling Championship to be held from May 30 to June 2 in Pune, Maharashtra.
The weight categories:
Boys Freestyle and Greco Roman: 1-38kg; 2-41kg; 3-44kg; 4-48kg; 5-52kg; 6-57kg; 7-62kg; 8-68kg; 9-75kg; 10-85kg
Girls weight categories: 1-33kg; 2-36kg; 3-39kg; 4-42kg; 5-46kg; 6-50kg; 7-54kg; 8-58kg; 9-62kg; 10-66kg
