Patna, May 3: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is hosting the Tata IPL Fan Park across various cities to promote the Tata IPL. As part of this initiative, the Tata IPL Fan Park is set up at Jagjivan Railway Stadium in Danapur, Patna, on May 4 and May 5.

Alvin Gaikwad, representative of BCCI, announced that fans can enjoy live matches at the fan park. A 32′ x 18′ screen will broadcast the live match for the people of Patna. Gaikwad mentioned that entry to the park is free, with arrangements made for water and seating for senior citizens and women with children.

Stringent security measures, including medical aid and fire extinguishers, have been implemented by the government. Spectators stand a chance to win player-autographed T-shirts through lucky draws. Additionally, a food court with nominal rates and parking facilities are available.

The fan park offers activities like face painting and 360-degree photo sessions, showcasing the stadium’s backdrop. A play zone is designated for children below 12 years old.

Gaikwad highlighted a unique feature of the fan park: selected fan celebrations during key moments of the match will be showcased live. Cricket enthusiasts can also indulge in the game with practice nets and bowling machines. Adequate security and facilities have been ensured.

In addition to Gaikwad, Zia-ul Arfeen, Secretary of Bihar Cricket Association, CEO Manish Raj, and GM Cricket Sunil Singh attended the press conference.
