Patna: Oxford Super Kings and JIS Jaabanj won their Super Six matches of the Casa Picolla School Cricket League Season-5 being played under the aegis of Turning Point at at Krishna Cricket Ground on Monday. Oxford Super Kings defeated Baddi Fighters by 6 wickets while JIS Jabanj defeated Manav Rachna Lions by 135 runs.
In today’s match, Himanshu Raj of JIS Jaabanj missed a double century. He played a brilliant innings of 190 runs.
Oxford Super Kings won the toss and invited Baddi Fighters to bat. Baddi Fighters scored 117 runs for 9 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Ayush Jha scored 31 runs. In reply, Oxford Super Kings won the match by scoring 118 runs for 4 wickets in 17.4 overs. In the second match, Manav Rachna Lions won the toss and invited JIS Jaabanj to bat. In reply, Manav Rachna Lions scored 139 runs losing 8 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. JIS Jaabanj won by 135 runs. Himanshu Raj of the winning team was awarded Player of the Match.
