Patna: Due to water logging in the ground due to heavy rains, Bihar State Sub-Junior Ball Badminton Team’s Selection Trials (Boys and Girls) to be held at Government Middle School Bihat (Begusarai) on September 24 (Sunday) has been postponed.
Giving this information, Bihar Ball Badminton Association Secretary Gouri Shankar said that now this selection trials will be held on September 28 (Thursday) from 8 am at Kushwaha Ashram, SDO Road, Hajipur (Vaishali). All other terms and conditions of the selection trials will remain the same.
Shankar also informed that the selection trials will be organized under the supervision of Ravi Ranjan Kumar, Secretary of Vaishali District Ball Badminton Association. A five-member selection committee has been formed to select 15 boys and 15 girl players for the training camp of Bihar sub-junior ball badminton team. The selection committee members are Rahul Kumar (Patna, convener), Badal Kumar (Nalanda), Vikas Kumar (Begusarai), Vinod Kumar Dhoni (Vaishali) and Neha Rani (Patna).
