Patna: Star India, Daring Defenders and Fearless Fighters won their respective matches in the League cum Knock Out Kho-Kho League for Men at Acharya Shri Sudarshan Patna Central School ground on Wednesday. Star India’s Ashwini Ranjan was impressive in the match.
Star India defeated Elite Eagles by a margin of 58 points. Ashwini Ranjan, Vinak Kumar and Abhay Kumar performed brilliantly for Star India and Ashwini Ranjan was given the Player of the Match award.
Fearless Fighter defeated HR 55-47. Man of the match was Rajendra Kumar and the game of Vishal Kumar and Ashwini Kumar was also commendable.
In the fifth match, Daring Defenders defeated Brave Bulls by a huge margin of 72-7. Nitish Kumar of the winning team scored 17 points and became the player of the match. Vishnu Kumar and Chhotu Kumar performed excellently.
The sixth match was played between Challenging Chasers and Fearless Fighters, in which Fearless Fighters won 48–17. Man of the match was Ashwini Kumar. Yadav Pawan Singh and Raja Inder Kumar performed brilliantly on behalf of Fearless Fighters.
In the seventh match, Star India defeated Jubilant Jaguars 98-32. Ashwini Ranjan became the player of the match by scoring 37 points. Rohit Kumar, Vinat and Himanshu performed excellently.
In the eighth match, HR defeated Agile Avengers 52-49. Suraj Kumar became the man of the match. Nikhil Kumar and Manish Prasad performed excellently.
In the ninth match, Daring Defenders defeated Elite Eagles 52-22. Man of the match was Vishnu Kumar. Akash Kumar and Roshan Kumar performed excellently.
