Patna: Kerala thrashed Bihar by 7 wickets in Women’s U-19 One Day Trophy match at Deccan Gymkhana Cricket Ground in Pune on Wednesday.
Asked to bat first, Bihar scored 89 runs all out off 40.2 overs. In reply, Kerala reached the target losing three wickets on the way in 20.2 overs. For Bihar, Yashita Singh hit 52 runs off 85 balls with six hits to the fence. For Kerala Najla and Aleena took three wickets each.
For Kerala opening batswoman Diya Gireesh made 42 runs off 57 balls and with seven hits to the fence.
