Patna: With the aim of promoting dragon boat sport in Bihar, the Krishi Educational and Health Seva Sansthan (KEAHSS) has extended its support and given its consent to the proposal of the association to become the team sponsor.
After talks between the Chairman of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Dragon Boat Federation of India (DBFI) and Patna High Court Advocate Sanjeev Kumar Mishra and the Secretary KEAHSS Vindhyachal Pathak, it was decided to sponsor Bihar dragon boat team.
Giving this information, Bihar Dragon Boat Association Secretary Deepak Prakash Ranjan said that the three-day senior 11th National Dragon Boat Racing Championship to be held from June 16 at Jawahar Ghat reservoir of Tilaiya Dam in Jharkhand under the aegis of Dragon Federation of India. KEAHSS will provide the kits to Bihar men and women teams.
Secretary Deepak Prakash Ranjan thanked KEAHSS and said that the sponsorship will lift the morale of the players of Bihar and the team will try to bring medal for Bihar.
