Purnia: Continuing its winning streak, Katihar scored a hat-trick of wins in the fifth match of the Randhir Verma Under-19 Cricket Tournament being played under Seemanchal Zone at the local Green Valley Stadium. Katihar defeated Kishanganj by a huge margin of 142 runs.
After winning the toss, Katihar captain decided to bat. Katihar scored 241 runs losing 8 wickets in 50 overs. Hazrat Ali contributed 53 runs, Raj Aryan Yadav contributed 51 runs, Sachin Kumar Yadav contributed 34 runs.
