Patna: Gujarat were 268 for the loss of eight wickets in their first innings against Bihar on the first day of the Cooch Behar Trophy match in Valsad on Friday.
Gujarat won the toss and decided to bat first. For Gujarat, Vedant Trivedi scored 75 runs, Maulyaraj Singh made 44 runs, Akash Dave scored 40 runs, Divya and Khilan scored 23 runs each, and Ronit and Tirath scored 16 runs each. Jaya Solanki scored 16 runs and Henil Dilip Bhai was unbeaten on 15 runs.
For Bihar, Satyam Kumar took 3 wickets, Anup Kumar and Suman Kumar took 2 wickets each and Vashudev took one wicket.
