Patna: Silver Stars, Green Giants and Pink Pioneers continued their winning run on the second day of the Bihar Women’s Kho-Kho Premier League at St Mary’s School ground in Masaurhi on Friday.
On the second day, three matches were played in the morning session. The first match was played between White Warriors and Silver Stars. Silver Stars defeated White Warriors 50-24. For Silver Stars, Poonam Kumari scored 8 points and Kajal Mehta scored 10 points. Shivani scored 6 points and Aarushi scored 4 points for White Warriors.
In the second match, Green Giants defeated Golden Girls 52-32. Shelly alone scored 31 points for Green. Neetu Kumari scored 12 points. Alifa Elias scored 14 points while Lakshmi scored 8 points for Golden Girls.
In the third match, Pink Pioneers defeated Blue Blasters by an innings and 35 points. The Pink Pioneers team completely overwhelmed the Blue Blasters. Pink Pioneers scored 43 points in one innings.
Shruti Singh scored 15 points while Ragini Kumari scored 2 points for Pink Pioneers. For Blue Blasters, Garima scored 2 points and Suman also scored 2 points.
Blue Blasters beat White Warriors by 2 points, Golden Girls beat Red Rangers by 2 points and Pink Pioneers beat Yellow Yoddhas by 39 runs in the second session match on June 8.
