Patna: Green Giants and Pink Pioneers maintained their winning streak in the Bihar Women’s Premier Kho-Kho League at St Mary’s School ground in Masaurhi on Saturday.
On the third day of this league, there were three matches in the morning session in which Pink Pioneers, Blue Blasters and Golden Girls won.
Earlier, Green Giants, Red Rangers, Green Giants registered wins in the evening session of Day 2.
In the morning session of the third day, the first match was played between Pink Pioneers and White Warriors. In this match, Pink Pioneers won by an innings and 27 points. Shruti Singh scored 14 points, Pushpa Kumari 11, Mili Kumari scored 8 points for Pink Pioneers. Kajal scored 6 points and Tanya Kumari scored 4 points for White Warriors.
In the second match, Blue Blasters pulled off a thrilling win over Silver Stars. Blue Blasters defeated Silver Stars 29-28. Gudiya Kumari scored 15 points and Suman Bharti scored 2 points for Blue Blasters. For Silver Stars, Krishna Priya scored 6 points and Muskan Kumari scored 6 points.
In the third match, Golden Girls defeated Yellow Yoddhas by 23 points. Renu scored 14 points and Lakshmi scored 9 points for Golden Girls. Devyani scored 10 points and Shreya Singh scored 8 points from Yellow Yoddhas.
In the evening session match played on Friday, Green Giants defeated Silver Stars by a margin of 2 points (18-16). In this match Shelly Kumari scored 7 points, Ragani Kumari scored 3 points for Green Giants side while Poonam Kumari scored 2 points from Silver Stars side.
Red Rangers beat Yellow Yoddhas by 4 points (47-43). Sneha Nidhi scored 16 points and Sukanya Kumari scored 4 points for Red Rangers. Ahuti scored 14 points and Kausan Kumari scored 12 points for Yellow Yoddhas.
Green Giants beat Blue Blasters by 32 points (46-14). Green Giants scored 15 points and Neetu Kumari scored 10 points. Trishna Priya scored 4 points and Suman Bharti scored 5 points for Blue Blasters.
Red Rangers defeated Silver Stars by 3 points. Asha Kumari scored 11 points and Muskan Kumari scored 11 points for Rand Rangers. Arya Pranjali scored 8 points for Silver Stars.
