Aligarh/Baghpat: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, on Friday, said that the government has not only brought Lord Ram, but also ensures “Ram naam satya” of all those who threaten the safety of women and traders in Uttar Pradesh. Attacking his political opponents, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the dream of a safe UP has been completely realized under the double engine government.
The Chief Minister made these remarks during his public meetings in Baghpat and Aligarh districts of western Uttar Pradesh. During this, he highlighted the accomplishments of PM Modi’s decade-long tenure, urging the public for their support at the polls in upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Addressing the Vijay Shankhnad Rally in Baghpat at the outset of his campaign today, the CM said that he was fortunate to have come to the sacred land of Bharat Mata’s great son and former PM Chaudhary Charan Singh. Describing the awarding of Bharat Ratna to Chawdhary Charan Singh as a fitting tribute to the farmers’ leader by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, emphasized the importance of the upcoming elections.
“For the first time, Chaudhary Charan Singh, the messiah of farmers, has been awarded the highest civilian honor of India, the Bharat Ratna. This is not only a tribute to crores of farmers but also a pride for the people of Uttar Pradesh. Thanks to PM Modi, who has paid attention to the values and ideals of Chaudhary Sahab and made the issues of farmers part of the political agenda and implemented welfare schemes for the benefit of farmers,” Yogi added.
The Chief Minister also addressed a huge public rally in Barauli, Aligarh. Herein, he addressed the gathering organized in support of BJP’s Lok Sabha candidate Satish Kumar Gautam, saying that no one in the state ever thought that daughters and traders could fearlessly step out of their homes at night, but today it’s possible.
The Chief Minister added: “Living life in the spirit of Lord Ram is paramount; every task is accomplished by invoking his name. Simultaneously, individuals who endanger societal security will face serious repercussions.”
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that these elections mark a historic milestone where speculation about the outcome is unnecessary as the results are known to all. It is worth mentioning here that Aligarh will go to polls in the second phase.
“The dream you saw 10 years ago has become a reality today. The daughters and businessmen, who did not venture out of their houses for fear of criminals in the past, are roaming around freely at night today. It has been possible because of your single vote. You must realize the power of one vote”, Yogi added.
