Patna: Under the joint aegis of Bihar State Ball Badminton Association and Kilkari Bihar Bal Bhavan, the 13th Dhyan Chand Memorial Ball Badminton Tournament (Boys/Girls) will be organised from August 24 to 27 at Kilkari Bihar Bal Bhawan here.
Giving this information, Gauri Shankar, secretary, Bihar State Ball Badminton Association said that the tournament is being organized in the memory of hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand to mark the Sports Day celebrations. In this tournament, boys and girls teams below the age of 16 years of different schools and institutions of Vaishali, Begusarai, Jehanabad and Patna will be allowed to play. Gauri Shankar also informed that trophies, individual attractive prizes and certificates will be given to the winners and runners-up teams of this four-day tournament.
