Patna: Andhra scored 143 runs for four wickets in their first innings at the end of the second day’s play of the four-day Cooch Behar Trophy match against Bihar at the Moinul Haq Stadium here on Sunday.
Due to the wet ground, the match started late by one and a half days, and on the second day, only 41 overs were bowled, and the match was stopped due to bad light.
Andhra Pradesh won the toss and elected to bat first. For Andhra Pradesh Anish Veera Reddy scored 41 runs, Anand Jois scored 12 runs, M Abhinav scored 1 run and Sujith Reddy scored five runs. Captain Mohammed Taufiq remained unbeaten on 64 runs and S Shravan remained unbeaten on 18 runs.
For Bihar, Anoop Kumar and Satyam Kumar took two wickets each.
